@MrBeast is Bezos of @Youtube. My theory is MrBeast actually follows Amazon's principles in making videos. His thinking & behavior is similar to early stage Bezos. Sounds crazy right? Hold the laugh & scroll down ?

Amazon has 14 principles (Bezos added 2 more before leaving). Every employee is trained to make decisions using these 14 principles. MrBeast thinks like Bezos would, if he was a YouTube creator. He fits right in with 14 principles.

1. Frugality: @MrBeast spends exactly what a video needs. Nothing more & nothing less. - Makes millions but no lavish lifestyle (he could live like Logan Paul :P ) - Saves a TON by building in North Carolina - Lives in a TINY apartment at work.

2. Customer Obsession: His viewer obsession for every sec of the video is INSANE. Every sec is designed to engage you at any cost, from thumbnail photoshoots to editing (zoom, pan & sound). He will BURN money literally, if it means you will not BLINK or SKIP.

3. Re-investment: @MrBeast makes 10s of Millions in revenue, puts back every $ back in to videos. - crazier stunts (plane crash, give island, swim w/ sharks) - $14.1M worth sound stage - 26 cameras (worth $775k) to just shoot time lapses - recreate @squidgame the list goes on

@MrBeast reached out to @BenWilsonTweets as he found his podcast interesting He reaches out to the smallest of the creators and gives them tips and learns from them. He doesn't want to miss out on the smallest of the INSIGHT a new creator might have. HE WANTS IT ALL!

5. Insist on highest standards: His OBSESSION for every second of a video is obvious even in his interviews. It's a second nature to him, he can't help it. Ex: In @ColinandSamir interview he directs the cameraman on what frame he should use.

MrBeast is known for discarding his videos if it doesn't meet his standards Listen to Reed, his business partner explain how it makes it hard to deal with brand sponsors. But that doesn't make MrBeast comprise the video.

6. Think Big: From what I can tell, he can ONLY think BIG. He has 6 YouTube channels (not including Hindi, Spanish & other languages) 1. MrBeast 2. Beast Reacts 3. Beast Philathropy 4. MrBeast Gaming 5. MrBeast 2 6. MrBeast Shorts

He is the only Youtuber who truly understands how BIG @YouTube is. Biggest channel on @YouTube is @TSeries (Indian media conglomerate) and Indian channels dominate the world wide list of YT channels. He understood this before any major Youtuber.

The BIG thinker Jimmy is, he started channels in following languages to SCALE beyond English. For him English is not the end, its the Beginning. - Hindi - Portuguese - Japanese - French - Arabic - Russian - Spanish

Yes translating was good idea, but Jimmy doesn't to small man stuff. Non-English channels have local teams with best local voice actors to voice Jimmy & team. Ex: Yudhvir who voices Jimmy in Hindi, has legit Bollywood credits in his IMDB.

From what I can parse this Translation Service itself is good little business. @ShaanVP from @myfirstmilpod thinks it could be his biggest business. I disagree. But its definitely a legit business. Here's Shaan talking about it.

Thinking big doesn;t stop. He leverages distribution to create new companies 1. Feastables (Food Company) 2. MrBeast Burger (Virtual & Physical Restaurants) 3. Beast Philanthropy 4. Investor (Backbone, Creative Juice & more)

His unstated aim is clearly is to create multiple multi BILLION dollar companies. He is just getting started. I could go on & write about more principles but I think I made my point.
