1. Shruti : Shrutis are considered to be Originated from God, The 4 Vedas are not attributed to any specific authors or messiahs They are considered as originating from God, heard & registered by great rishes (seers) of the yore Hence they are known as Shruti (as heard) [2/N]

2. Smruti : The Scriptures Which are Authored By Sages & Saints Who Were Masters of Shruti ( Vedas) [3/N]

3. Purana : There are 18 Puranas One can Define Purana as a Historical Document in a simple words [4/N]

4. Ithihasa : Ithihasa means this how it happened.. That is Ithihasa is nothing but a text which explains an Incident Happened in Past There are Two Ithihasa namely Mahabharata & Ramayana [5/N]

5 : Aagama : Agamas describes the manual for worship, temple building and rituals, among other things, within the traditions of Hinduism It's also Known as Agama Shastra There are 77 Shakthi Aagamas, 28 Shiva Aagamas & 108 Vishnu Aagamas. [6/N]

6 .Siddhantas : In Simple words Siddharthas are established principles in different branches of science like Astronomy & Cosmology, medical science & so on ... [7/N]
