How does this Diet work? You're doing a Modified One Meal A Day Calorie intake is reduced by fewer feeding opportunities Carbs in the night serve 4 purposes - Better sleep - No night sweet Cravings - Fuel your workouts the next morning - No postprandial somnolence in afternoon

WORKOUT You can build Muscle on this Program as you are having enough Protein - 1.5gm per Kg of Bodyweight You can have intense workouts as you are having enough carbs I have designed a 5 day workout program for you You can download it here
